From 2009 to 2020 we were responsible for developing the water infrastructure pipeline system in Marshall County, West Virginia along with some talented employees at both AB Resources and Chevon which included the acquisition of more than 30 miles of ROW and countless Surface Use Agreements.

We provide for our clients with current and accurate ownership reports with interactive flow charts which hyperlinks all estate records that illustrate and easily explain the heirship so that the land agents know who to contact, what deed to reference on their lease, the gross and net acreage being leased or purchased and a comprehensive list of last known address’ and phone numbers.
